A family that loves food
Sweet and Salty started as a dream — a family in love with good food decided to turn their passion into a small bakery on Vitosha Boulevard. Not with grand ambitions, but with the simple desire to serve fresh, honest food every single day.
Today we work just like we did from day one — by hand, with love, without compromise. Every morning we knead dough, bake bread, prepare brunch from scratch. Nothing frozen, nothing pre-made. Our desserts are homemade, our deli products carefully sourced from small Bulgarian producers.
And the wine? It came naturally. When you love food, sooner or later you discover that a good glass of wine makes it even better. That's why we've assembled a collection of 60+ labels — Bulgarian and international — so you can find the perfect wine for your brunch, lunch, or evening on Vitosha.
